Ingredients: 1
cup
dry red wine 2
tablespoons
red wine vinegar 2
tablespoons
olive oil 2
cloves
minced garlic 1
tablespoon
rosemary,
minced or crumbled
Directions: 1.
Combine all items in order given and blend well.
2.
Soak meat for an appropriate amount of time and apply freely while cooking.
