The Ultimate Chewy Oatmeal Cookie

Ingredients: 3/4
c
Crisco, butter flavor 1 1/4
c
Brown sugar, packed lightly 1
Egg 1/3
c
Milk 1 1/2
t
Vanilla 3
c
Quick oats, uncooked 1
c
Flour 1/2
t
Baking soda 1/2
t
Salt 1/4
t
Cinnamon 1
c
Raisins 1
c
Walnuts, coarsely chopped
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease baking sheet w/ B.F.Crisco. 2.
Combine Crisco, sugar, egg, milk & vanilla in large bowl. Beat at
medium speed with mixer until blended. 3. Combine oats, flour, baking
soda, salt & cinnamon. Mix creamed mixture at low speed until just
blended. Stir in raisins and nuts. 4. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of
dough onto baking sheet. 5. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until lightly
browned. Let cool. 6. Eat and enjoy! :) This Recipe compliments
