Baking Soda 5 1/4

Flour 2
Sticks
Unsalted Butter 3
Cups
Sugar 3
Eggs 1
Cup
Whipping Cream
Directions:
Beat butter until soft. Gradually add the sugar and beat well. Add the
eggs and baking soda. Gradually add the flour and cream, alternating.
Beat until smooth. Refrigerate dough overnight.
Preheat oven to 400.
Put aluminum foil on cookie sheets. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch. Cut
cookies into 3 1/2 inch circles. Place on cookie sheets and bake 11-13
minutes or until lightly colored.
Makes about 36.
