cut into 8 pieces
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. In a bowl, mix together the paprika, coriander, cardamom, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, chili powder and turmeric; stir in the oil, water and lemon juice. Place the chicken in a 13x9-inch (33x23-cm) baking dish. Brush the spice mixture generously over the chicken and bake for 1 hour. Turn oven to broil and broil chicken, skin-side up, 4 inches (10 cm) from the source of the heat for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
