Susie's Favorite Pie Crust

Ingredients: 3

Flour 1

Shortening* 1
t
Salt 1
Egg, beaten 1
t
Vinegar 3
tb
Cold water*
Directions:
* Susie prefers lard. It may take up to 5 tablespoons of water; use
as much as you need to moisten the dough.
Blend flour, shortening and salt. Add 1 egg (beaten) to which has been
added 1 teaspoon of vinegar. Add enough water to moisten dough. Mix
dough quickly and evenly with a fork. Roll out dough and form pie
shells.
Per serving: 1429 Calories; 8g Fat (5% calories from fat); 44g
Protein; 287g Carbohydrate; 181mg Cholesterol; 2193mg Sodium
NOTES : Doesn't specify how many crusts are made.
