Directions:
METHOD: Combine raisins, water, sweetener, spices, and margarine in
saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes. Cool. Stir in egg.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to fruit mixture and mix
well. Drop by spoonful onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in
350 degree oven for 9 to 10 minutes until light brown. YIELD: 12
servings (2 cookies)
