Sugar Cookies #2

Ingredients:

1 c Butter or margarine

1 c White sugar

1 c Powdered sugar

1 c Mazola oil

2 ea Eggs

1 t Vanilla

1 t Cream of tarter

1 t Baking soda

1/2 ts Salt

4 c Flour (plus 1/4 cup)

Directions:
Cream shortening, adding other ingredients in order given above, form into small balls and flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
