3/4 ts Baking powder

1/4 ts Ground cloves

1/8 ts Salt

3/4 c Milk

1 1/2 c Chopped peeled tart apples

3/4 c HERSHEY'S MINI CHIPS

-(Semi-Sweet Chocolate)

1/3 c All-purpose flour

3 tb Sugar

2 tb Butter or margarine
