Ingredients:
9 inch graham cracker pie crust,
or baked pastry shell
8
ounces
Cream cheese,
softened
14
ounces
Sweetened condensed milk 1/3
cup
Lemon juice 1
teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1
quart
Fresh strawberries,
cleaned and hulled
16
ounces
Strawberry glaze,
chilled
Directions:
In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into prepared pastry shell. Chill for 3 hours or until set. Top with strawberries and desired amount of glaze. Refrigerate any leftovers.
