Spritz (cookie Press) Cookies

Ingredients:

1 1/2 c Butter or margarine, butter

-is best

1 c Sugar

1 Egg

4 c Enriched flour

2 ts Vanilla

1 t Baking powder

Directions:
Thoroughly cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients, mix to smooth dough, and knead. Force through cookie press. Bake 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
