Flour, Whole-Grain Wheat 1/3

or substitute

Egg Whites,
or substitute

Nonfat Milk,
or nonfat soy milk

Corn Syrup, Dark 1

Vanilla
Directions:
In a med. bowl, combine dry ingredients.
In a sm. bowl, using a fork or wire whisk, mix egg whites or substitute, milk, corn syrup and vanilla.
Add to flour mixture; stir until smooth.
Pour into a sprayed 9" sq. pan and bake in a 350 deg F oven 25 - 30 min, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan on wire rack.
