Sour Cream and Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients:

mash

softened

dark brown sugar 2

eggs,
beaten

c
fresh orange juice 3/4
c
evaporated milk 1/2

all spice 1/2

cinnamon
topping 1

sour cream 2
tb
sugar 1/2
lemon,
juice of

pie shell
Directions:
mix potatoes, butter and sugar. Add eggs, orange juice and spices.
Pour in shell. Bake 450~ for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325~ and bake
for 35 minutes. Cool. Mix topping and put on pie. Bake at 350~ for 6
