Soft Shortbread

Ingredients: 250
g
soft butter 100
g
flour 60
g
corn starch 60
g
icing sugar 5
ml
vanilla
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 160 C .
2. Beat butter and vanilla until foamy.
3. Add dry ingredients and blend. Do not overstir.
4. Spoon onto an ungreased pan.
5. Bake at 160 C until done (10-20 minutes depending on thickness)

My mother makes this; she got the recipe from a friend.
