Can mandarin oranges* 1/2

Sour cream -- dairy 1/2
c
Dates -- chopped 2

Almonds -- chopped 1/2
c
Miniature marshmallows --
Opt 1/4

Flaked coconut
Directions:
*Drained Prepare and bake Gingerbread as directed. Combine mandarin
oranges, sour cream, dates, almonds, and marshmallows. Spread over
gingerbread and sprinkle with coconut. Chill to set topping. Yield:
One 8-inch square, about 9 servings
