corn or safflower oil 4

ice water,
or more
Directions:
Fork-blend together, adding the ice water a little at a time, just
until the pastry leaves the sides of the bowl. Form into a flat ball and
chill thoroughly before rolling out thin on a floured board with a
well-floured rolling pin. Spray an 8- or 9-inch nonstick pie pan with
cooking spray for no-fat cooking, then line it with pastry. Crimp the
edges.
