Ingredients:

Directions:
Stir 1/2 cup all-purpose flour with 1/4 teaspoon salt. Add 2
tablespoons room-temperature diet margarine and 1 tablespoon vegetable
oil. Mix lightly until pastry forms a ball. Flatten into a round on wax
paper; cover with another sheet of wax paper and chill. Roll out on a
lightly floured board with a floured rolling pin. Fit pastry into an
8-inch nonstick pie pan sprayed until slick with cooking spray.

TOPLESS PIE: Make pastry for a single crust. Omit top crust. Cover pie
with a round of aluminum foil or an inverted pie pan as it bakes. {about
470 calories}
BOTTOMLESS PIE: Make pastry for single crust. Put the filling mixture
in a solid-bottom pie pan--no holes!--and cover with pastry. {about 470
calories}
