Ingredients: 1
cup
Butter or margarine,
softend

cup
Granulated sugar 1
cup
Brown sugar 1
teaspoon
Baking powder 1/4
teaspoon
Salt 2
Eggs,
slightly beaten
2
cups
Corn flakes,
finely crushed
2
cups
3 Minute oats 2
teaspoons
Vanilla,
or orange peel
1/2
cup
Pecans,
chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325F. Cream together butter or margarine, sugars, baking powder and salt. Add eggs, corn flakes, oats, vanilla or orange peel and the pecans. Mix thoroughly. Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake until slightly brown on edges, about 8 minutes. Remove while still hot. After 3 days they will become chewy.
