Shoestring Potato Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
3  ounces  Chocolate chips
3  ounces  Butterscotch chips
1 1/2  cups  Shoestring Potatoes
1 1/2  cups  Spanish peanuts

Directions:
Melt chips in a double boiler. Stir in shoestring potatoes and peanuts; drop on waxed paper until cold and well set. Yield: 4 dozen.
