Ingredients:

1 cup butter, or margarine

1/2 cup sugar

1 pkg vanilla sugar

2 cups potato starch

1/2 cup matzo cake meal

Directions:
Cream butter with sugar and vanilla sugar till fluffy. Blend in rest. Borm small balls using 2 tsp. dough for each. Place on ungre ased cookie sheet. Bake 16-18 min. at 350F, till edges are lightly browned. Let stand 1 min. and remove from sheet. Cool on wire r acks.
