Olive Oil 2

Chopped Garlic 1

White Wine 1/2

Soy Sauce 3

Fresh Rosemary,
chopped
Salt and Pepper 2
tablespoons
Dijon Mustard 8

Pork Chops,
center cut

Garlic Clove
Salt and Pepper 4

Butter 3/8

Soy Sauce
Directions: 1.
Mix all marinade ingredients together and chill for 1 hour.

Make 4 small slices in each pork chop. Insert a small sliver of garlic in each opening and lightly salt and pepper each pork chop. Place pork chops in marinade for 4 to 6 hours.
3.
Grill pork chops at very high heat on both sides until slightly undercooked. With butter and soy sauce in a saute pan, cook pork chops to temperature.
