semisweet chocolate chips 14
ounces
sweetened condensed milk 2
tablespoons
butter or margarine 2
cups
dry-roasted peanuts 10 1/2
ounces
miniature marshmallows
Directions:
Place chocolate morsels, milk and butter in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate and
butter melt, stirring constantly. (Or melt in microwave for about 3 minutes.) Remove from heat, and stir in peanuts and marshmallows. Spread mixture into a wax paper-lined 13x9-inch (33x23-cm) baking pan. Chill at least 2 hours. Cut into 1-1/2 inch
squares. Store in refrigerator.
