Raspberry Parfait Pie

Ingredients: 1
10 oz.
frozen raspberries 1
3 oz.
raspberry gelatin,
`

pint
vanilla ice cream 1
cup
heavy cream 1
9 inch
graham cracker crust
Directions:
Thaw and drain juice from raspberries. Add hot water to make 1 1/2 cups
liquid. Set raspberries aside. Dissolve gelatin in 1 1/2 cups hot
raspberry liquid. Stir well. While still hot, add ice cream, stirring
until ice cream melts. Refrigerate until partially set. Fold in
raspberries. Pour filling into pie shell. Refrigerate to chill
thoroughly. Immediately before serving, whip cream. Top raspberry filling
