Graham Cracker Squares 1/2

Brown Sugar,
Packed

Butter 1/2
tsp
Vanilla 1/2
Cup
Pecans,
Chopped
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Arrange graham crackers in single layer in ungreased jelly roll pan. Heat brown sugar and butter to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
Pour over crackers; spread evenly. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until bubbly; cool slightly. Cut into 2 1/4 x 1 1/4-
inch bars.
YIELD: About 4 dozen bars.
