Pumpkin Bars/Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:
2  cups  Sugar
16  ounces  Pumpkin puree, canned or fresh
2  cups  Bisquick baking mix
1/2  cup  Raisins, optonal
1/2  cup  Oil
4    Eggs, beaten
2  tablespoons  Cinnamon

-----FROSTING-----
3  ounces  Cream cheese, softened
1/3  cup  Butter
2  cups  Powdered sugar, sifted
1  tablespoon  Milk
1  tablespoon  Vanilla

Directions:
1. Oven temp: 350F. Preheat oven. Grease jelly roll pan 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1". Beat sugar, oil, pumpkin, and eggs on medium speed in mixer for 1 minute. Stire in Bisquick, cinnamon, and raisins. Pour into prepared pan. Bake until toothpick in center comes out clean, about 25-30 minutes. Cool, frost, and cut into 3 x 1" bars.

2. CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: Beat cream cheese, butter, milk, and vanilla until creamy. Stire in powdered sugar.
