Molasses 2

Vinegar 2/3

Puffed rice 1

Sugar 2

Butter
Directions:
Using a large kettle, boil molasses, sugar and vinegar until it snaps
when tested in cold water. Stir constinuously. Remove from heat.
Quickly add butter and puffed rice, mixing well. Pour into buttered
pan or cookie sheet, spreading the mixture out to about 1-inch
thickness. Let cool and then break into serving pieces. Yield: 2
dozen.
