Processor Butter Balls

Ingredients: 1 1/2

Flour 1/4
c
Confectioner's sugar 1 1/2
Sticks butter 3/4
c
Nuts,
grated fine

Vanilla
Directions:
Cut butter into pieces, drop into food processor bowl with flour and
sugar. Process to blend. Add nuts, then vanilla, pulsing after
additions to make a stiff dough.
Shape into balls. Refrigerate until hard, then place balls on baking
sheets and bake at 350 F for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool until slightly
warm, then roll in additional powdered sugar.
