Ingredients: 2/3

Instant mashed potato,
granules
2/3
cup
Hot water 1/3
cup
Shortening 1 1/2
cups
All-purpose flour 4
teaspoons
Baking powder 1/2
teaspoon
Salt 2
teaspoons
Milk
Directions:
Mix potatoes and water in medium bowl. Let stand until water is absorbed. Mix in shortening. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir in just enough milk to make a stiff dough. Knead on floured surface until dough is smooth, about 10 times. Pat into desired shape.
