Ingredients: 1 1/2
c
flour 1
tb
salt 1/3
c
canola oil 3
ts
skim milk
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add oil & milk at once. Mix well. Press into a
ball & flatten slightly. Roll out between 2 sheets of wax paper. Peel
off paper & ease into pie plate. Pick bottom before baking. Bake at 475
deg. for 10 min. 2 crusts; 2 c. flour, 1 1/2 t salt, 1/2 c oil, 1/4 c
cold skim milk.
