Peppermint Ice Cream

Ingredients:

12 Starlight Mints

1 1/4 Cups Heavy Cream

3/4 Cup Milk

1/3 Cup Light Corn Syrup

1/2 Teaspoon Peppermint Extract

Directions:
Pulverize mints, leaving a few tiny chunks. Mix cream, milk, corn syrup, and peppermint extract and freeze in ice cream maker. When ice cream has thickened, but is not quite completely frozen, add pulverized mints.
