Peppermint Candy Ice Cream

Ingredients: 1
can
Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk,
(14 oz.)

tablespoons
water 2
Egg yolks,
beaten
4
teaspoons
vanilla extract 2
cups
whipping cream,
whipped
1/4
cup
crushed hard peppermint candy.
Directions:
In large bowl, combine condensed milk, water, egg yolks and vanilla extract.
Fold in whipped cream and peppermint candy.
Pour into aluminum foil-lined 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Cover.
Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
Remove ice cream from pan, peel off foil and slice.
Return leftovers to freezer.
Makes about 1 1/2 quarts.
