Pear-mince Pie

Ingredients:
mrs. e. l. busby 1/2
ct condensed mince meat 1/2
c
pear preserved,
chopped
1
apple,
chopped
1/4
c
pecans,
chopped
5
dates,
chopped
1/4
c
sugar 1/2
c
water 2
tb
mogen david wine 2
tb
margarine 1/4
c
brown sugar 2
unbaked pie crusts
Directions:
Put above ingredients in saucepan and cook about 5 minutes. Line pie
pan with crust, pour in filling, and cover with top crust. Make slits in
top to vent steam. Bake at 425~F for 30 minutes. Then 400~F for 15
minutes more.
