Sugar 1/2

Vanilla extract 1/2

Chopped dry roasted peanuts
-unsalted 1 1/2

Corn flakes
Directions:
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Add sugar gradually, beating
until stiff peaks form. Beat in vanilla. Fold in peanuts and corn
flakes. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 275 degrees
for 25 minutes. Cool on wire racks. Makes 48 cookies.
