Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Margarine, softened 1
c
Peanut butter, crunchy 1
Tube of graham crackers from
A 3 tube box. 3 3/4
c
Confectioners sugar 12
oz
Chocolate chips
Directions:
Mix the first four ingredients and press into a greased 9 x 13 inch
pan. Melt chocolate chips and spread on top. Chill. Cut before set,
after about 45 minutes. If you want it to look like Reese's Peanut
Butter Cups just use a round cookie cutter or get creative. Randy
