Peanut Butter Cookies (Vaughan)

Ingredients:

1 c Peanut butter

1 c Sugar

1 Egg

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix together peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Form into balls. Place on cookies sheet. Flatten ball with tines of fork. Bake 8-10 minutes, watching as they're easy to burn.
