Ingredients:
pastry for 9" ( 1 crust ) pie 8
peach halves,
peeled
2/3
cup
sugar 4
tablespoons
flour 1/4
teaspoon
salt 1/2
teaspoon
cinnamon 1
cup
cream
Directions:
Place peaches rounded side up in pastry lined pan. Mix the sugar, flour,
salt, cinnamon and cream; pour over peaches. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 400
degrees until crust is nicely browned and filling is set.
