1/2 c Sour cream

3/4 c Butter, melted

1/2 c Raw beets, grated

-----BUTTERCREAM-----

6 oz Butter, softened

6 oz Creamy peanut butter

1 1/4 c Powdered sugar

1/2 ts Vanilla
