Ingredients: 2

matzo cake meal 4
tablespoons
potato starch 1
cup
nuts,
chopped
1 1/2
cups
sugar 1
cup
oil 1
teaspoon
lemon peel,
grated
2
teaspoons
orange peel,
grated
Directions:
Mix dry ings. Beat eggs till foamy, add sugar and beat. Add oil. Mix in the
rest. Regrigerate overnight. Roll into 3 long strips
. Place on greased cookie sheets. Bake 25 min. at 325F. Slice and lay on cut
edge. Bake 15-20 min. longer.
