Pear or Apple,
grated <OR>

Fruit juice 1/8
teaspoon
Cinnamon,
omit if using orange juice

teaspoon
Passover Baking Soda 1
cup
Cake Meal 1/2
cup
Nuts,
chopped
1/4
cup
Raisins
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat egg slightly. Add oil, sugar, cinnamon, grated fruit <OR> juice. Mix well. Add baking soda, cake meal, nuts and raisins one at a time, mixing after each addition. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet> Bake at 350F for 10 to 12 minutes.
