Ingredients: 225

well beaten

vanilla 125

baking powder 1/2
tsp
salt
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, milk, vanilla and flour, which has
been sifted with baking powder and salt; mix well.
2. Chill about one hour.
3. Drop batter by spoonful on ungreased baking sheets, and flatten with
back of spoon or bottom of a floured drinking glass.
4. Bake at 220 C for 8-10 minutes.
5. Sprinkle baked cookies with sugar immediately after removing from
oven.
Difficulty : easy.
