fresh basil leaves,
chopped (6 to 8)

Italian bread,
or crusty bread

cloves
garlic,
(2 to 3)

extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper,
as needed
Directions:
Chop tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, chopped basil, and oil. Grill bread, brush with garlic and top with tomatoes.
