Sweet whipped butter,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. In small mixing bowl, combine flour, oats,
raisins, baking soda, and cinnamon; set aside.
Using electric mixer on medium speed in medium mixing bowl, beat
together brown sugar, butter, granulated sugar, and margarine until
light and fluffy; add egg and vanilla and continue beating until
combined. Stir in oak mixture.
Spray nonstick cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray and drop
dough by tablespoonfuls onto sprayed sheet, forming 12 cookies and
leaving a space of about 2 inches between each. Bake until cookies
are lightly browned and crisp, 8-10 minutes.
