Ingredients: 1
cup
flour 1
teaspoon
baking soda 1/2
teaspoon
cream of tartar 1
cup
melted butter 1
cup
sugar 1
tablespoon
Karo syrup 1
tablespoon
water 1
cup
coconut 1
cup
oatmeal 1
teaspoon
vanilla
Directions:
Sift first 3 ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients. Drop on
cookie sheet with teaspoon and flatten slightly, leave 2 inch space
between each cookie. Bake at 325 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not
remove cookie sheet for 3 to 4 minutes after removing from oven as cookie
may then be difficult to remove.
