No Fat Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Corn syrup 1

Zucchini,
grated

Cinnamon 1

Salt 1 1/2

Vanilla 1 1/2

Flour 2/3
c
Cake flour 2
ts
Baking soda
Directions:
*prune baby food or combine 1 1/3 cups pitted prunes with 6 Tb water
in a food processor to make 1 cup of puree. Preheat oven to 350. Sift
flours and baking soda. Combine with remaining ingredients and place
in a bundt pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for about 1 hour and
15 min until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Source:
