Ingredients: 2
eggs 1
c
milk 3/4
c
sugar 3 1/2
oz
coconut 1/4
c
flour 1/4
c
butter or margarine,
melted
1/4
t
baking powder 1/4
t
salt
Directions:
Beat eggs in blender until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and
beat. Pour into buttered and floured 9" pie pan. Bake at 350~ 40
minutes.
