No-cook Butterscotch Ice Cream

Ingredients:

2 Egg

1 cup Brown sugar

3 cups Milk

2 packages Instant butterscotch pudding

2 cups Half-and-half

1 cup Pecan, chopped s

Directions:
In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy. Beat in brown sugar, milk and pudding mix until smooth. Stir in half-and-half and pecans.
