My Favorite Sugar Cookies

Ingredients: 1
cup
salad oil 2
cubes
margarine 1
cup
powdered sugar 1
cup
granulated sugar 1
egg 5
cups
flour 1
teaspoon
cream of tartar 3
teaspoons
vanilla 1
teaspoon
soda 1
Pinch
salt
Directions:
Cream first 5 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Make
into small balls. Place on cookie sheets. Dip bottom of glass in sugar,
press and twist to flatten each ball. Sprinkle with sprinkles or other
decor and press again. Bake at 350 degrees 10 minutes. Makes
approximately 7 dozen. Freezes well.
