Butter 1 1/2
c
AM Multi Blend Flour 1
t
Non-alum baking powder 1/2
c
Honey 1
Egg, beaten or egg replacer 1
c
Milk or milk substitute 2
c
Fruit
-- fresh or canned, drained
Directions:
Melt butter in a 9" x 9" pan. Mix the Multi Blend flour, baking
powder, honey, egg and milk. Pour mixture into butter. Add the
fruit on top of batter. Bake 30 minutes at 400 F.
