Minutes preparation
Directions:
35-40 minutes baking
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray bottom and sides of an 8" square
baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.
Mix together pears, nectarines, peaches, sugar, and cornstarch. Spoon
into prepared dish. Dot with butter.
To prepare topping, mix together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking
powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix in milk and oil until dry
ingredients are just moistened. Spread mixture evenly over filling.
Bake until topping is lighlty golden and fruit juices are bubbling,
35 to 40 minutes. Serve cobbler hot or warm.

Baking Tips: You can use any combination of your favorite fruits to
make this cobbler. To prevent peeled fruit from becoming dark and
discolored, dip slices in a mixture of water and lemon juice.
