Ingredients: 1

butter 1

white sugar 3 1/2
cups
flour 2
teaspoons
cinnamon 1 1/2
cups
broken pecans 1
cup
brown sugar 3
eggs 1
teaspoon
baking soda 1/2
teaspoon
salt
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one by one. Beat well. Add flour.
Add cinnamon, salt, pecans and baking soda. Knead into stiff dough. Mold
into roll and freeze until needed. When needed: defrost and slice 1/4
inch thick and bake in 450 degree oven until brown.
