Ingredients:

margarine,

cream cheese,
softened

red tart pitted cherries

cornstarch 1/2

cherry juice
Directions:
CRUST: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted margarine. Press
into pie pan and bake at 375~F for 8 minutes. FILLING: Beat softened
cream cheese until fluffy. Add 1 can sweetened condensed milk and mix
well. Then add lemon juice and vanilla. Mix well and pour into cooled
pie shell. Chill for 2 hours, cover with canned cherry pie filling or
make a cherry glaze. GLAZE: Blend sugar and cornstarch, stir in cherry
juice. Cook until thick and clear, stirring constantly. Stir in a few
drops red food coloring, if desired, add cherries. Cool. Garnish top
of pie.
